Inverroche Classic Gin
Infused with fynbos from the limestone-rich soils of the lowlands of the Cape Floral Kingdom, Inverroche Gin Classic is crispy and dry with upfront green, grassy juniper notes which blend seamlessly with a bouquet of soft flowers on the nose. Redolent of summer citrus, rose petals and assertive florals, delivering a clean, dry and spicy finish.
Inverroche Classic Gin is double distilled in small batches of 250 bottles, using a specialised pot still process where alcohol vapour infuses with dried and fresh botanicals, resulting in a complex and intensely flavoured spirit.
The Classic is handcrafted using 15 different botanicals, making it a crisp, clean and refreshing spirit. The perfumed undertones of the Cape fynbos amplify the aromas of the botanicals, while fruit and spice flavours dominate the palate.

About the distillery
As the pioneers of South African craft gin, Inverroche Distillery was founded by Lorna Scott and her family. Growing from strength to strength in the local community of Still Bay in the Western Cape of Southern Africa. In just 6 years, the distillery has grown from a small home industry to a flourishing and pioneering craft distillery. A distillery that is invested in its community and producing world class gins and spirits.
We propagate, grow and harvest our own and also source fynbos from local farmers and organisations who already provide plant material to the broader industry for medicinal or culinary use. We work with several indigenous plant nurseries, to propagate plants for us which are then re-established in their natural environment and hand harvested. All our plantings are registered with and supervised by Cape Nature.
