Gunroom Gin is distilled in a copper pot still according to the London Dry Gin principals and then matured in ex whisky barrels for 45-60 days. This process gives the gin its distinctive soft round finish and sweet vanilla hints of the oak that plays well with the orange peel and spices in the composition.

 Serving Recommendation:Best Served on the rocks or paired with light tonic water. Garnished with smoky cinnamon stick

 Our Verdict:Deliciously smooth and slightly sweet. Oak and honey on the nose with hints of orange and vanilla on the palate and finishing off with a spicy warming cinnamon and nutmeg taste. I personally really love this london dry gin!
