The only gin in the world produced from 30 varieties of apples. It's a cider apple eau-de-vie from Normandy in which juniper berries, ginger, vanilla, lemon, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals and almonds have been macerated. Remarkably well-balanced, it simultaneously reveals finesse and incredible aromatic precision. Proud of its Normandy roots, the nose opens with wafts of apple. Little by little, it becomes liquorice-inspired, herbaceous (juniper) and peppery.
 
Serving recommendation:
Indian tonic or lemonade with a side of sliced apple
 
Our verdict:
Amazing! It's almost like white wine in a gin. We love its oily texture, smooth mouthfeel, and its slightly sweet nature from the apples. Light on the juniper notes, prominently fruity and floral. 10/10 will drink again.
