Strong citrus notes balanced against the warm sweetness of the Banksia honey and sloe plums and a tart, dry finish from the Australian native Davidson plums make for a highly versatile plum gin perfect for cocktail creation or sipping over ice. Garnish with orange peel in a G&T.
 
Adverse weather conditions this year led to a late and reduced harvest of the native Davidson plums that provide a key flavour element of this gin. As a result, this is again a limited release so place your order quickly so that you don't miss out.
