A German gin made with potatoes grown in rich volcanic soil, distilled twice in a large continuous still to purify the spirit, giving it a smooth, mild profile. 
 
To create the gin, each botanical element is added to the spirit separately and then distilled as individual components. Distilled with juniper, lemon zest, coriander, lavender blossom, ginger and cinnamon among other secret ingredients.
