Saffron Gin:
You’re greeted with the unmistakable nose of saffron. On the palate, a honey / semi-sweet taste with hay-like undertones greet you followed by the warming of cardamom and spice and a buttery soft finish with a lingering sweetness from the rosebud water, giving it a gentler touch.
Dry Gin:
A highly aromatic nose, bursting with green manuka leaves and juniper. Balanced on the palate, fragrant undertones of cardamom and Indian spices with a long liquorice tail. Crafted to challenge the gin aficionado. Spice forward with notes of cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns. Balanced with manuka leaves on the nose and almonds for mouthfeel, the gin is double distilled and vapor infused with 8 carefully selected botanicals. It is blended with water sourced from the aquifer that feeds the clearest spring in the world, Dancing Sands Spring.
Sun-Kissed Gin:
Move over pink gin, we bottled summer. Strawberries and rhubarb are infused with our Dry Gin as a nod to summer nostalgia. Because we are using real ingredients, the colour of the gin will fade and sediment will occur. Bottling nature doesn’t stay pink for too long.
Nose: Like walking into an old-fashioned lolly shop, as a rush of sweet strawberries, candied rhubarb and fresh juniper greets the drinker. However, the complexities of the gin reveal itself on the palate.
Taste: Sweetness is balanced by peppery spice, with a burst of red berries and slightly tart rhubarb accompanied by juniper, gentle nuttiness and fragrant cardamom. This gin is layered and complex, expect more than just sweetness.
With tonic: Quinine and sweet fruits interplay beautifully, with a faint rosy hue matched by touches of candied strawberry.
