Lastly, we have a delicious Gin & Tonic pairing. A premium Fever Tree Tonic was selected for this pairing to bring out the taste of our accompanying gin - Bareksten Botanical Gin. Bareksten represents the essence of Norway, in both taste and character – dark, wild, breathtaking and dramatic. Norwegian ingredients, touched only by nature, form the basis for the raw flavours of Bareksten’s botanical spirits.
