Canberra Distillery Barrel Aged Negroni
Probably the best Negroni you’ll have - Tim’s creation, a barrel aged negroni, is made with their triple distilled london dry gin, three different vermouths (two drys, one sweet) made in the Canberra region, three okars (Applewood Estate Okar from Adelaide, Imbruglio from Sydney), bitters, and aged with heavily charred oak to fuse and soften the complex spice flavours. There’s nothing like it.
Best served on the rocks and a burnt stick of cinnamon.
