Terai is a "grain-to-glass" Indian craft gin made in Rajasthan in the style of a London Dry Gin that was launched in the middle of the pandemic. It starts with Terai's house made rice grain spirit and distilled with 11 botanicals, of which many are sourced from Asia’s largest spice market Khari Baoli in New Delhi. Tulsi, fennel and coriander bring fresh, green notes to the gin, the lavender and rose perfume it.
 
It is a vibrant gin which begins with lush green notes lifted by a citrus zest.Its unique high quality cotton paper label is embossed with a wreath of the botanicals in the gin, inspired by the plants, shrubs and flowers that have embellished Indian coins through the ages.
 
Makes a wonderful martini or a Gin & Tonic garnished with fresh mint and lemon.
