Perfume Tree Gin

Perfume Tree Gin

S$123.90Price

Five inspired botanicals - White Champaca Tree, Sandalwood, Long Jing Green Tea, Aged Tangerine Peel, Chinese Angelica - from the heritage of Hong Kong, are harmoniously coupled with eight classically recognised gin tones to create the sumptuous and refreshing aromas of Perfume Trees gin.

The result is a bottle of gin that captures the very heart and soul of Hong Kong.

Serving recommendation: Best paired with Fever Tree's lime and yuzu soda, though it pretty much goes with most light tonic water. Add a few splashes of lemon juice to create a wonderful and refreshing perfume tree cocktail.

Our verdict: One of our favourites! Very delicate, earthy and dangerously sippable. On the first palette you'll get smoky flavours, rounded off with a complex balance of green tea and citrus notes.
