Jin JiJi Darjeeling is the distillery's first Tea inspired variant, as Darjeeling is home to the most elegant and distinctive black tea in the world. The heart and soul of our “India Dry Gin” is wild Juniper, foraged from the Himalayas. Copper Pot distilled in Goa, Jin Jiji is the essence of India.
 
Tea was chosen as a foundational component because India is home to the world’s most distinctive geographically indicated tea regions. Darjeeling, especially, is home to the most elegant & distinctive tea in the world.
 
Ginger, cardamom & clove, ingredients integral to the traditional preparation of Indian Masala tea (a daily staple in India) is also added. Each batch distilled uses Single Estate Tea of the highest grade from Jungpana Tea Garden.
