Canberra Distillery (Murrumbateman Shiraz + Dark Chocolate) Cacao Liquor
A luxurious combination of Murrumbateman Shiraz & Dark Chocolate. Eau de vie is blended with vanilla, caramel are combined with the smoky, bitter notes of cocoa nibs. This is a bittersweet, sophisticated drink with a lingering finish. Best enjoyed in a chocolate base cocktail.
On the nose, Cacao, nutella, caramel, orange confit cover with chocolate.
On the palette, Medium sweet, smooth and warming texture, flavours of cacao, chocolate, citrus and earthiness.
On ice to finish a dinner, or perfect for a mocha martini.
Add A splash of gin, plentiful of ice, and a serving of cacao liquor for best results. Top with chocolate sprinkles or a sprig of burnt rosemary
