This Gin was inspired by the fusion of tea-drinking culture between the Chinese and the English. The perfumed scent of the tea represents Hong Kong's title as ' the Fragrant Harbour' where the unique aroma and taste of jasmine beautifully compliments  the rest of the herbal botanicals within.

Tasting Notes:
Notes - Herbal and light jasmine fragrance on the nose with citrus and a kick of spiciness towards the end.
 
Palate - Dry and floral with crisp notes of grapefruit and lime tantalising the palette, before flourishing with a subtle yet spicy kick of Szechuan Pepper.
